Attention, si vous faites partie d'un groupe de plus de 10 coureurs et en cas de souscription à l'option "Envois du dossard par la poste", alors le retrait des dossards groupés ne sera PAS possible.

Merci d'indiquer le nom inscrit sur la boite aux lettres sans quoi le dossard sera retourné à l'expéditeur sans possibilité de renvoi.

Bib withdrawal  Thrusday 21/11 or Friday 22/11 (no withdrawal on saturday 23/11) or I send a third person (see FAQ).
 

Pour les inscriptions en relais, l'ensemble des dossards relais sont remis en même temps, seul un relayeur de l'équipe  peut se présenter au retrait des dossards.

Taille de t-shirt (sous réserve du stock disponible) - t-shirt unisexe - pas d'échange possible sur place 

- ATTENTION - Depuis le 16 janvier 2024, la FFA a mis en place le Parcours Prévention Santé (PPS) pour tous les participants adultes non licenciés à des compétitions de running organisées en France, en remplacement du certificat médical. 

Vous devrez vous connecter, dans les trois mois précédant la compétition (à partir du 23/08/2024), à la plateforme web dédiée : pps.athle.fr et y suivre les différentes étapes vouées à sensibiliser aux risques, précautions et recommandations liés à la pratique de la course à pied, via du contenu pédagogique.

Un e-mail de rappel sera envoyé le 23/08/2024. Pensez a vérifier vos spams. 

If you are an FFA licensee, complete your license number and club name.

Please note, only licenses renewed for the 2024/2025 season are accepted (renewal possible from 09/01/2024). If you don't yet have your 2024/2025 license, indicate that you are not licensed in the previous question (you can come back to your file later once your license has been renewed).

The elements that you register on your registration must be identical to those present on your license: surname, first name... (respect capital letters, accents, hyphens...). If you are unable to register your license number, select the "unlicensed" option and attach a scan of your license in the space provided.

The certificate must be an official document AND be less than 2 years old (on the day of the race).

Your request will be checked by the Race Manager, who will validate or refuse the requests.

*ELITE : Marathon, Semi, 13km / PREFERENTIEL : Semi, 13km

Conditions for SAS ELITE (subject to Race Manager approval) :

* Marathon: less than 3h (men) or 3h30 (women), on Beaujolais Marathon, on one of the last 2 editions.

* Half: less than 1h19, on Beaujolais half-Marathon, on one of the last 2 editions.

* 13km: less than 55mn, on Beaujolais 13K Marathon, on one of the last 2 editions.

Conditions for SAS PERFORMANCE :

* Marathon: not available

* Half: less than 1h55 to the Beaujolais half-marathon on the last 2 editions.

* 13km: less than 1h15 to the Beaujolais 13K on the last 2 editions.

1 team = 4 runners on the same race

A team have to have 1 women &  3 men together.
It is not a relay, all runners of the team will run the total distance of the chosen race. The total finishing times will be taken into consideration for the final rankings only if each team member crosses the finish line within the courses' deadlines.

CAUTION, the team name must be STRICTLY written the same way on EACH team member registration (capital or small letters, space, dash, stress...). If no, team members will not be clearly identified and not considered as members of the team.

The price includes (per runner adult and child) :
1 bib number (without timing chip)
Given after arrival : 1 medal,

ROUTE : 2,5km à 5km (2,5km loop)

Every year, the International Beaujolais Marathon gives €2 for each bib number registration (except Rando) a charity association.
This year, we decided to support Laurette Fugain.
